Welcome 2010 with waltzing to music performed by the Salon Orchestra of Washington and swing dancing to music by Full Swing in the Grand Foyer from 11 p.m. until 1 a.m. There's a big balloon and confetti countdown at midnight. Admission is free with your Dec. 31 evening performance ticket or receipt from the Roof Terrace Restaurant that evening.
