A conductor-less chamber orchestra focused purely on music-making, the East Coast Chamber Orchestra (ECCO) is comprised of 17 young string players who hail from the Curtis Institute, The Juilliard School, the Manhattan School of Music, the New England Conservatory, and the Cleveland Institute of Music. Translating this diversity of experience and virtuosity into a unified ensemble approach, ECCO combines the strength and power of an orchestra with the personal, intimate nature of chamber music.
